My dear friends....

I would like to thank all of you who have contacted me regarding Kate and her birthday.... Your thoughts and good wishes for her have been exactly what i was hoping for...

Kate is well but, unfortunately, She has suffered a close family loss...
Her dear father Doctor Robert passed away last Friday... Less than a week before her birthday.... The good doctor was a source of constant inspiration to her and, in fact was solely responsible for Kate becoming the wonderful artist we all know and love....

As you can imagine this has devastated Kate and her brothers... So, again I ask you to send your thoughts to her at this most difficult time... But I would also ask you to respect her privacy at this moment.... Send her your thoughts not messages.... I know you all understand....

I too would like to thank you for your kind words to me regarding my work with Kate... I count myself privileged and very fortunate to be in the position to spend so much time with this extreme talent and wonderful, beautiful lady...

Just wanted to let everyone know that Lionel Azulay has added Wouldn't Change A Thing to his Myspace page http://www.myspace.com/lionelazulay The track features Kate on backing vocals & was produced and engineered by Del Palmer. It was shelved for many years but is finally available on Lionel's new album Out of the Ashes, which can now be purchased from the iTunes store.
